Commit – Yes or No?

COMMIT! A word that many seem to be afraid of, unfortunately. But commitment leads to success. No one ever said I’m not committed – and then made a million bucks, or lost 75 pounds, or found the success they were seeking. No one. Not even the luckiest woman alive.

Let’s break it down:
C: is for Consistent. We need to consistently commit to our goals and the steps to reaching them. That means doing things we might not want to do to reach the goal that we are yearning to reach.

O: is for Opportunity. By committing, you are telling the Universe, YES – bring me the opportunities to grown, stretch and succeed.

M: is for mindful. Be mindful of the commitment and how you speak it, write it and move forward with it.

M: is for movement. Are you standing still (or even worse, moving back) – or moving forward. Nothing will happen unless you take the first step. You won’t know the many steps after… and you may not even know the first step – but until you take it, nothing will move.

I: is for intention. What is your intention? Is it from ego? Is it to serve? Is it for self?

T: is for trust. Trust in the process. The final outcome may not look like your original goal or dream – but trust the outcome.

So, will you commit? I’d love to hear from you!
